PLUSOL R-110-xx; provides very high thermal insulation thanks to its closed cell structure and special polyethers in its formula; hot & cold water transfer pipes; central heating system pipes; industrial facility pipes; ammonia, gas and oil transfer pipes manufacturing, are two-component polyurethane systems used for filling purposes between different materials such as steel, stainless, hdpe with high adhesion strength and spreading values.
They are high-performance polyurethane systems injected between two intertwined pipes with high pressure or low pressure injection machines for filling purposes.
Thanks to its high fluidity, it can fill even long pipes with a homogeneous density with a single injection.
PLUSOL R-110-xx has high dimensional stability thanks to the special products used in it. There is no question of any separation from other pipe equipment due to any shrinkage.
It is long-lasting due to its structure.
