BLOCK POLYURETHANE SYSTEMS
PLUSOL R-110-xx series are two-component polyurethane systems specially formulated for injection into large-sized crate molds, with a slow reaction profile for mixing and a homogeneous density distribution within the block mold.
Our PLUSOL R-110-xx series products that I have formulated for block systems do not cause any splitting or explosion within the block thanks to their low reaction internal temperature.
They can be used in injection machines or manual casting lines thanks to their suitable reaction profile.
According to DIN4102 fireproofing standards, it can be formulated as B1, B2 and B3.

Polyurethane systems are sensitive to humidity and high temperatures. It is recommended that unopened original packaging be stored on a pallet in a dry, moisture-free and room-temperature environment.
Products should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
