The use of new building materials has increased considerably since the beginning of the 1980s. Among these new materials, polyurethane insulated sandwich panels in particular have offered very economical solutions in terms of hygiene in cold rooms and storage areas thanks to their reliable heat control and frequent washability. Polyurethane systems in sandwich panels used in various structures are far ahead of other materials in terms of heat, water and sound insulation, as well as their high load-bearing capacity, long service life, moisture and fire resistance.

It can be produced in 2, 3, 4 or 5 components (high pressure) between painted galvanized sheet, aluminum, membrane or stainless steel in machines specially manufactured for this system.

The presence of polyurethane in sandwich panels, which can be used in structures such as factories, shopping malls, stadiums, as well as in the manufacture of cold storages or prefabricated structures, is very important.

PLUSOL R-10x-xx & PLUSNATE R-100-01 can be used in two-component systems and we continue our innovations with our specially formulated products for these systems.

In addition, if the features of the machines used are suitable, it is formulated in 3-4 and 5-component systems. Here, the density can be adjusted in the production line by using n-pentane gas from outside.

General features of this system and raw materials:

a. Fast production
b. Thermal insulation
c. Low consumption (Up to 25% depending on the amount of polyurethane used per m2 in discrete production)
d.High mechanical resistance
e. High compressive strength
f. High water absorption resistance
g. High temperature resistance
h. Sound insulation
i. High chemical resistance
j. Fire performance
