We are looking for candidates to be considered for the export department of Turkey’s young and dynamic Polyurethane brand, **”Pluskim Kimya”**:

  • University graduate (Preferably from Chemistry or Engineering Departments)
  • Proficient in Russian and English (Written and Verbal)
  • At least 1 year of sales-focused experience in Polyurethane/Polymer Chemicals
  • Capable of adding new markets and customers to the export portfolio
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player, energetic, and solution-oriented
  • Capable of working in an innovative and fast-paced work environment

PRODUCTION STAFF

We are looking for team members to work at our rapidly growing factory in the **Esenyurt, Kıraç industrial area**, operating in the polyurethane raw material sector:

  • At least a high school graduate, preferably with production experience in the chemical industry
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in their work
  • Able to adapt to a shift work schedule
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed
  • Residing in Beylikdüzü, Esenyurt, or Kıraç, with no transportation issues
  • Operates in compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills

We are seeking a **Human Resources Manager** with the following qualifications to join our company operating in Esenyurt, Istanbul.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from relevant undergraduate programs at universities,
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR functions (Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Career Management, HR Planning, Attendance Tracking, Payroll, Personnel Affairs, etc.), including at least 2 years in a managerial role,

  • Formulating and managing HR policies and strategies,
  • Managing job evaluation and organizational workforce studies in line with role and function responsibilities,
  • Developing and monitoring a Performance Management System aligned with company strategies and goals,
  • Planning and implementing projects to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and internal service quality,
  • Planning and executing training and development activities according to company policies and strategies,
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and executing payroll and personnel procedures accurately,

We are looking for a “Quality Control Supervisor” to join our company operating in the polyurethane sector.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree graduate,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • At least 3 years of experience in a quality control department,
  • Excellent ability to read technical drawings,
  • Detail-oriented in task tracking, results- and solution-oriented, adaptable, and dynamic,
  • Able to work well in a team,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Able to adapt to a high-paced work environment,
  • Completed military service (for male candidates),
  • Able to adapt to overtime and shift-based work schedules,
  • Team players preferred, especially those with prior experience in the polyurethane sector.
