Cladding Insulation Systems

PLUSOL R-110-xx provides extremely high thermal insulation thanks to its closed-cell structure and the special polyethers used in its formulation. It is a two-component polyurethane system with high adhesion strength and excellent spreading properties, used as a filler between different materials such as steel, stainless steel, and HDPE. It is commonly applied in the production of hot and cold water transfer pipes, central heating system pipes, industrial facility pipes, and ammonia, gas, and oil transfer pipes.

These systems are high-performance polyurethane solutions injected using high or low-pressure injection machines to fill the gaps between two interlocking pipes.

Thanks to its high fluidity, it ensures homogeneous density filling even for long pipes with a single injection.
Due to its specially formulated components, PLUSOL R-110-xx has high dimensional stability, preventing any separation from other pipe equipment due to shrinkage. Its structure ensures long-lasting durability.

Durability Periods:

• 120°C: 30 years
• 115°C: 50 years
• 100°C: 70-75 years

With these superior properties, it offers long-term reliability in production.
