2K Aliphatic Stone Binder

Two-component, aliphatic-based stone binder. It offers high UV resistance and strong color stability under outdoor conditions. Provides durable and aesthetic surfaces for decorative stone pavements.

 

– 2K system (A+B), transparent film

– High adhesion and elasticity

– UV and water resistance (aliphatic grade)

– Preserves natural stone aesthetics

– Typical dosage: 4-8 % (w/w) of aggregate

 

1) Preparation: Clean, dry surface; stone/gravel should be dust-free.

2) Mixing: Mix 2–3 min at low speed.

3) Blending: Blend with aggregate until homogeneous (dosage 4–6%).

4) Application:Spread with trowel and compact.

5) Cure: Full cure ~24 h.

Coverage: Depends on aggregate size.

 

Substrate/ambient temperature 10–35°C, RH ≤ 80%. Beware of dew point.

 

Clean, dry, sound; free from oil, dust, loose particles and curing compound residues.

Tool Cleaning: Clean tools immediately after use with solvent/appropriate cleaner.

Storage/Shelf Life: 12 months in unopened containers, store cool & dry (protect from direct sun and frost).

 

Wear gloves, goggles and suitable mask during application. Ensure ventilation in confined spaces. Follow the MSDS.
