2K Epoxy Primer
Product Overview
Epoxy-based, two-component primer for concrete or stone surfaces. Enhances adhesion, seals pores, and prepares a smooth base for topcoat applications.

Application Steps & Coverage
- Joint Prep: Sound, clean arrises; use backer rod.
- Mixing: A+B per ratio; 2–3 min low speed.
- Pour: Continuous pour; release trapped air.
- Cure: Foot traffic ~6–12 h; full ~24–48 h.

Application Conditions
Substrate/ambient temperature 10–35°C, RH ≤ 80%. Beware of dew point.
Substrate Preparation
Clean, dry, sound; free from oil, dust, loose particles and curing compound residues.
Tool Cleaning
Clean tools immediately after use with solvent/appropriate cleaner.
Packaging
A+B set; typically 10–20 kg
Storage/Shelf Life
12 months in unopened containers, store cool & dry (protect from direct sun and frost).
Safety
Wear gloves, goggles and suitable mask during application. Ensure ventilation in confined spaces. Follow the MSDS.
