Decorative Injection Polyurethane Systems
The PLUSOL R-105-xx series products are used for these systems in high and low-pressure injection machines. These systems are compatible with various closed mold models such as aluminum, polyester, and epoxy.
Thanks to its high fluidity and special additives, the system can fill molds seamlessly down to the finest details. The product has a Shore D hardness value of 70, offering a robust and smooth surface due to its cell density.
The closed-cell structure allows it to withstand seasonal conditions such as wind and rain, making it highly durable for exterior applications over the years. Additionally, it is formulated according to TS EN 13501-1 standard as Class E for use in buildings.
With its sanding capability, the product can also be screwed into high-density materials.
a. Low-Density Polyurethane Systems:
The PLUSOL R-105-xx series is a two-component polyurethane system formulated for the production of interior and some exterior decoration products for buildings. The system can be freely used within the range of 55 kg/m³ to 100 kg/m³.
b. High-Density Polyurethane Systems:
The PLUSOL R-105-xx series is a two-component polyurethane system formulated for the production of exterior decoration products for buildings. Due to their high density, these systems have a higher load-bearing capacity than low-density polyurethane systems. They can be freely used within the range of 120 kg/m³ to 500 kg/m³.

Spray Decorative Polyurethane Systems
The PLUSOL R-106-xx series is a polyurethane system designed for large and patterned products that cannot be shaped in closed molds with injection machines. These systems are applied using spray injection machines in open silicone or polyester molds.
Curing times are faster compared to injection decorative polyurethane systems. However, a spray injection machine is required for the application process.
This system can be formulated in a density range from 120 kg/m³ to 400 kg/m³.
