BLOCK POLYURETHANE SYSTEMS

PLUSOL R-110-xx series are two-component polyurethane systems specially formulated for injection into large size crate molds, with a slow reaction profile for mixing and homogeneous density distribution within the block mold.

Our PLUSOL R-110-xx series products, which I formulated for block systems, do not cause any splitting or explosion in the block due to the low reaction internal temperature.

Thanks to its suitable reaction profile, it can be used in injection molding machines or manual casting lines.

It can be formulated as B1, B2 and B3 according to DIN4102 flammability norms.

Polyurethane systems are sensitive to moisture and high temperatures. It is recommended to store unopened original packages on the pallet at room temperature, dry and free of moisture.
