JOB DESCRIPTION

• Establishing and managing Human Resources policy strategies,
• Managing job evaluation and norm staffing activities in line with the roles and responsibilities of the functions,
• Developing and monitoring the Performance Management System in line with company strategies and objectives,
• Improving internal service quality by increasing employee satisfaction and loyalty, planning and actioning projects,
• Planning and implementation of training and development activities according to company policy and strategy,
• Following and implementing the legal legislation, ensuring that payroll and personnel transactions are carried out in full,
