Cold Room Door Polyurethane Systems

PLUSOL R-103-xx & PLUSNATE R-100-01 raw materials used in this system are two-component systems and are injected between various surfaces such as two metals, polyester, aluminum in a fixed press resistant to high pressures with high pressure or low pressure injection machines.

In the formulation of these products, high-functional polyether polyol, special silicones and environmentally friendly new generation blowing gases are used; panels with high fluidity, high adhesion strength and high compressive strength values are obtained.

According to demand, it can be formulated as B1, B2 and B3 according to DIN 4102 standard.

According to the table mentioned above, our raw materials can be formulated to adapt to every thickness due to the change in panel thickness according to the temperature range.

a.    Thermal Resistance : 2,5 m2K/W
b. Compressive stress at 10% deformation: 300 kPa
c. Polyurethane Density (EN 1602) : 40-44 kg/m3
d. Heat Transmission Coefficient (EN 12667) : 0,021 -0,024 W/mK
e.    Dimensional Stability (EN 13165) : Level DS(TH) 11
f. Flammability Class (EN 13501-1): Adjusted according to demand.
g.    Water Absorption (EN ISO 354) : 2%
h.    Closed Cell Rate (EN 14509) : 95
i.    Vapor Diffusion Resistance (EN 12086) : 30-100
j.    Temperature Resistance. : -200 / +110 oC
