Injection Decorative Polyurethane Systems

PLUSOL R-105-xx series products are used for these systems in high and low pressure injection molding machines.

It is compatible with different closed mold models such as aluminum, polyester and epoxy.

Thanks to its high fluidity and special additives used, it can fill the molds to the finest details without any problems. 

They have a hardness value of Shore D 70.

Thanks to its cell density, it provides a beautiful and smooth hard skin.

Thanks to its closed cell structure, it can withstand seasonal conditions such as wind and rain on exterior facades for many years.

Due to its use in buildings, it is formulated as Class E according to TS EN 13501-1 standard.

In addition to sanding, high density products can also be screwed.

a. Low Density Polyurethane Systems:

PLUSOL R-105-xx series are two-component polyurethane systems formulated for the production of interior and some exterior decoration products of buildings.

It can be used freely according to demand from 55 kg/m 3 density to 100 kg/m 3 density.

b. High Density Polyurethane Systems:

PLUSOL R-105-xx series are two-component polyurethane systems formulated for the production of exterior decoration products for buildings.

Thanks to their high density, their load carrying capacity is higher than low density polyurethane systems.

It can be used freely according to demand from 120 kg/m 3 density to 500 kg/m 3 density.
