EPDM Binder Polyurethane Binders

PLUSNATE C-500-xx series is a one-component polyurethane based, solvent-free, aromatic one-component binder system that reacts with the humidity of the air or the addition of water particles from outside.

It is used to bond materials such as EPDM rubber, SBR rubber with high strength.

With this series of products, which are resistant to breakage and external impacts with its flexible structure formed after bonding, areas such as parks, gardens and walkways that can last for many years can be obtained.

Particular attention should be paid to this stage as cleaning the granules from dust and other wastes before application will increase the bonding strength.

Polyurethane systems are sensitive to moisture and high temperatures. It is recommended to store unopened original packages on the pallet at room temperature, dry and free of moisture. 

Products should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
