Rebonded Foam Polyurethane Binders (Bondex)

They are solvent-free, aromatic, one-component binder systems with aromatic structure, fast curing with hot water vapor, which enable the waste generated during slabstock or block sponge production, waste generated during cutting to be recombined and turned into blocks.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thanks to the components in its structure, PLUSNATE C-500 series products, which have very good breakage and tear resistance after the product is connected, are used with less consumption due to their low viscosity compared to competing products.

Polyurethane systems are sensitive to moisture and high temperatures. It is recommended to store unopened original packages on the pallet at room temperature, dry and free of moisture.
