Tractor-Working Machine Seats

PLUSOL-F-201 and PLUSNATE-F-200 series are Pluskim's two-component MDI based highly resistant and flexible polyurethane foam systems. These systems, which are specially produced for tractors and construction machines, are suitable for vacuum system and have minimum air bubbles on the surface.

HR molded polyurethane systems are characterized by high sag (collapse) factors and improved hysteresis curves compared to normal slab foams.

These properties make HR foams our preferred choice for many seating applications such as cushioning and comfort.

These systems can be formulated with different hardness values according to customer requirements and can be applied using cold cure molding method. In general, the pre-prepolymer approach is used for the preparation of polyurethane flexible foam from PLUSOL-F-201 and PLUSNATE-F-200 series.

Polyurethane systems are sensitive to moisture and high temperatures. It is recommended to store unopened original packages on the pallet at room temperature, dry and free of moisture. 

Products should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
