Wood Equivalent (Wood Imitation) Polyurethane Systems

Due to the long processing time of wooden parts in the furniture industry and their difficult design/forms, these parts can be replaced with polyurethane systems, which have the prerequisites of high strength, hardness and fast processability.  

Pluskim's PLUSOL-R-105 and PLUSNATE-R-102 series have almost the same properties as wood and are very useful for making wooden parts.

They can be applied in open and closed molds by hand mix or injection molding machine.

These wood equivalent systems can have both two and three components:

- Polyol,

- Isocyanate (Hardener),

- Dust.

Polyurethane systems are sensitive to moisture and high temperatures. It is recommended to store unopened original packages on the pallet at room temperature, dry and free of moisture. 

Products should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
