OPEN CELL SPRAY POLYURETHANE SYSTEMS

They are two-component polyurethane systems whose cells remain open due to their structure during the formation of polyurethane foam. At the same time, due to its use in buildings, its fireproofing class is reported as Class E according to TS EN 13501-1 standard. These product groups are also applied mobilely with special machines and equipment such as closed cell polyurethane systems.

Thanks to its open cells, it absorbs all possible sounds that may come from outside within its cells and provides you with a quiet environment. Due to its low viscosity, it ensures comfortable operation of the machines and equipment used. Since its cells are open, it is recommended to apply only on wood and plasterboard.

Packaging Polyurethane Systems With the development of open-cell polyurethanes, our PLUSOL R-101-xx series products play an active role in protecting fragile and valuable items against external impacts. Thanks to the seamless application of polyurethane foams, fragile and valuable items can be covered with this system products in a single piece. In this way, it acts as a barrier against impacts from outside. Depending on your request, application can be provided by hand mixing or machine.
