CLOSED CELL SPRAY POLYURETHANE SYSTEMS

They are two-component polyurethane systems that can carry loads due to their 95% or more closed cell structure, have high compressive strength, and are used for thermal insulation in buildings and facilities.

a. Roof Polyurethane Systems It has been specially formulated with PLUSOL R-102-xx to prevent heat losses that may occur especially on roofs. Thanks to its high density, it minimizes heat losses on roofs. The heat conduction coefficient is calculated as 0.023 W/mK. With its low liquid viscosity, it allows the "transfer pumps" of machinery and equipment to operate comfortably. It provides high adhesion strength to various surfaces (such as wood, concrete, sheet metal, etc.). Load resistance is strengthened with the special polyether and new generation inflators it contains. In this way, it contributes to the strength of roofs. It is optimized for all conditions and provides ease of use to the practitioner. It is also formulated with a suitable speed profile for inverted ceiling applications.

b. Wall Polyurethane Systems It is specially formulated with PLUSOL R-102-xx to prevent heat losses that may occur especially in the walls. With its low liquid viscosity, it enables the "transfer pumps" of machinery and equipment to operate comfortably. It provides high adhesion strength to various surfaces (such as wood, concrete, sheet metal, etc.). Since its density is 25-30 kg/m3, it provides a consumption advantage compared to roofing polyurethane systems products. Thanks to the special silicones used, it has a consumption advantage over competing products of the same density.
