Wall Polyurethane Systems (25-30 kg/Wall Polyurethane Systems

PLUSOL R-102-xx is specially formulated to prevent heat losses that may occur in walls such as wood, concrete, plaster and slabs.

The heat transmission coefficient is calculated as 0.021-0.023 W/mK (before aging).

With its low liquid viscosity, it allows the "transfer pumps" of machinery and equipment to work comfortably.

It provides high adhesion strength to various surfaces (such as wood, concrete, sheet metal, etc.).

Its load resistance is strengthened with special polyether and new generation inflators. In this way, it contributes to the strength of roofs.m3 - 2 pounds)

General characteristics of this system and raw materials:

a. Fast application

b. Thermal insulation

c. Low consumption

d. High mechanical resistance

e. High compressive strength

f. High water absorption resistance

g. High temperature resistance

h. Sound insulation

i. High chemical resistance

i. Fire performance

j. Low viscosity

It is optimized for all conditions and provides ease of use to the applicator.

It is also formulated in a speed profile suitable for inverted ceiling applications.

The general machinery, equipment and working systematic of Spray Polyurethane can be examined in the diagram below;

Thanks to its high density, it minimizes heat losses on roofs.  (Heat distribution values can be examined in the graph).

Comparative thickness values of spray polyurethane with other insulation and building materials can also be examined;
